Ultramag writes "My head light was making so much noise I thought there was something wrong with my engine. Tried the rubber on the housing tabs with no results. I finally figured out that the ajustment screws were the source of the noise.
I went to the hardware store and bought .57 worth of 1/4 inch fuel hose. I then measured the factory setting of the ajustment screws, then unscrewed them. I cut a piece of the hose a little longer than the measurement taken and placed the cut piece of hose over the tension springs. The hose fit prettly snuggly over the springs. I then reassembled the screws and springs to the original measurement. The hose was slightly compressed when I tightened it back to the original setting. This fixed the problem.
Hope this can help someone else. That rattle was extremely annoying.
